Cloud Nine
Sharper strategy. Stronger brand. Best performance to date. As Creative Lead at Cloud Nine — a premium British brand redefining hairstyling tools, I led a full-spectrum creative transformation, elevating the brand’s position, performance and perception across all channels.
Cloud Nine is a market-challenger brand with a premium product range, but needed sharper creative leadership to elevate its visual identity, strengthen consistency across touch points, and drive performance across campaigns, without the budgets of it’s key competitors — the underlying challenge was to out-think, not out-spend. With an ambition to scale and reposition itself in an increasingly competitive luxury styling space, the business required creative direction that was equal parts strategic, commercial and brand-aware.
Working in close collaboration with the head of marketing, I took full ownership of Cloud Nine’s creative output — from concept to execution. This included campaign ideation, packaging, events, paid media, in-store retail, and content production. My role also involved building and mentoring a high-performing in-house team, improving studio processes, and managing external partners, photographers, and stylists to deliver best-in-class creative.
To align with our growing ambition and premium market positioning, I led a full visual refresh of the brand — building a cleaner, bolder, more elevated creative language. This informed everything from campaign toolkits and POS materials, to social content and e-commerce presentation — giving the brand a consistent tone across every channel and touchpoint.



From paid advertising and product launches to seasonal campaigns and ATL content, I oversaw the delivery of integrated, high-impact creative across digital, social, web, in-store and press. I directed in-house and offsite shoots, managed multi-set production environments, and ensured every asset was optimised to perform across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Cloud Nine’s 2024 Black Friday campaign — which I led end-to-end — became the brand’s most successful to date, improving paid ad performance by 80%. Alongside that, I oversaw a full product range relaunch and laid the creative groundwork for a major 2025 brand refresh.
The brand now operates with a clearly defined, elevated creative identity — one that performs commercially while building long-term brand equity. Internal teams work more efficiently under a refined studio structure. Paid campaigns are delivering stronger ROI. And the brand is consistently showing up with confidence across every channel — from social to shelf.
